Brown McMaster
The Club regrets to inform fans of the sad passing of Brown McMaster.
Brown served on the Board of Directors of Stenhousemuir FC and devoted considerable time and energy to helping the Club run smoothly during a difficult time for the league in Scotland.
Brown was a great supporter and friend of The Warriors, and had maintained a close relationship with the Club for many years. As well as his time as a Director, Brown had supported Stenhousemuir financially through his business as one of the Club’s main sponsors.
He was a true Scottish football fan and had served as Chairman at Partick Thistle FC, and as President of the Scottish Football League (SFL).
Brown had been battling cancer for a considerable time, but sadly lost his fight earlier this week.
On behalf of everyone at Stenhousemuir Football Club, we would like to express our sincere condolences to Brown’s wife Jean, his family and friends.
Funeral arrangements :-
On Thursday 12th November 2015, there will be a service for immediate family only at the Linn Crematorium. This will be followed by a Service of Thanksgiving at Newlands South Church, Newlands, Glasgow at 12.45pm, to which all family and friends are respectfully invited.
