HOME TEAM (Stenhousemuir FC) – Covid-19 Declaration – Stenhousemuir FC Players/Staff/Directors/Guests
Stenhousemuir FC players, staff, and attending directors/guests are required to complete this questionnaire a minimum of 1 hour before any training session, and a minimum of 3 hours before kick-off for any match. This questionnaire must be completed on the day of a match no later than 12:00 for a 15:00 kick-off time, and no later than 16:30 for a 19:30 kick-off time.
