Stenhousemuir FC can confirm that Scott Walker has departed the club to join Cowdenbeath on a permanent deal. Scott joined the Warriors in the summer from Airdrieonians, making 18 appearances this season.
Gary Naysmith spoke to the website about the transfer:
“Cowdenbeath called me on Sunday to ask about Scott’s availability. I informed them that I was happy to keep him at the club but that I would tell him about their approach. After an honest discussion with Scott regarding the rest of the season, he asked for permission to talk to Cowdenbeath which I granted. After talks with Cowdenbeath, Scott informed me that he would like to join them permanently. I would like to wish Scott all the very best for the future and thank him for his efforts whilst He has been at the club.”
