Head of Community Football
(Full-time permanent contract)
Salary- Subject to qualifications and experience
Hours- 37.5 pw with regular evening and weekend work
Stenhousemuir Football Club is inviting applications for the position of Head of Community Football.
The purpose of the role is to manage and lead the highly acclaimed Warriors in the Community programme which the football club operates. The club has one of the largest community programmes of any club in Scotland, with around 500 people from the local community taking part in football and education sessions each week, over 10,000 people involved annually and approximately 250,000 visitors to Ochilview Park each year.
The Club is looking for an individual with a significant level of experience in community football within both a coaching and management role who can sustain growth and achieve progress for the programme. The successful applicant must demonstrate the drive, passion and leadership skills capable of helping the club deliver the ambitious outcomes set within the 3 year plan and Community Engagement Strategy.
