An impressive performance from The Warriors saw them overpower Albion Rovers in Tuesday night’s Betfred Cup encounter. Stenhousemuir were pushing forward right from the first whistle, but were unable to capitalise in the first half with a number of good efforts missing the target or being kept out of the net by the Rovers keeper.
The second half was a different affair with the Warriors able this time to turn the pressure in to goals, with four eventually finding the net.
This win pushes the Warriors up to second place in their Group with two matches to go.
