Stenhousemuir took the lead twice through Sean Dickson and Sean Higgins. Rangers drew level before Jon Daly looked to have set the home side on course for another three points.
But Higgins hit the equaliser from the penalty spot with 15 minutes remaining and the Warriors battled it out til the end.
It was a great display by the Warriors, who held their shape and composure throughout the 90 minutes. Warriors join Stranraer in being the only two teams in League 1 to take points from Rangers this season. Significantly, this is the most goals scored at Ibrox by a visiting club since Rangers dropped out of the top flight.
