IRN-BRU Tops For Youth Teams
The winners of the awards for the IRN-BRU Tops for Youth Teams were named at last nights IRN-BRU End Of Season Awards 2010-11.
The club was delighted to finish as Runners-Up with 75,668 Bottle Tops collected which earned the club a cheque for £7,000.
We were by far and away the best team in the 2nd Division, we were 47,785 Tops ahead of the next nearest 2nd Division team Airdrie United who finished in 5th place collecting 27,883 Tops.
It was a magnificent effort in raising a fantastic amount of Tops, running the winners, 1st Division Falkirk, as closely as we did with our far smaller fan base, the achievement was PHENOMENAL.
The club would like to give a big thanks to everyone who contributed to our success, our Supporters, Parents and children of our Warriors In The Community Children’s programme, Parents and Children from our Children’s Academy Teams, our Youth Teams and all the others that were generous enough to hand in all their bottle tops during the course of the campaign.
