Tonight we signed five players from our SFA Youth Initiative Under 16/17 Performance level team that has been competing very successfully against all the SPL teams this season. The boys are highly rated by Head of Youth Development, Campbell Money, and have been signed on two year full professional contracts. Our Manager, John Coughlin, has watched them over the season and was keen to get the players signed up.
Kieran Connachan, 16 years old, Right Winger/Striker, Two very good feet, Lively and tricky. Kieran is in his 2nd season with us and signed from Livingston Boys Club when 14 years old
Ryan Sneddon, 17 years old, Striker, Very pacy with an eye for goal, Uses both feet comfortably, Good in the air. Ryan is in his 3rd season with us signing from Linlithgow Rose Boys Club aged 14.
Sean Dickson, 17 years old, Left Winger, Good pace, Excellent crossing ability, Good in air, Good work ethic. Sean is in his 1st season with us signing from Rossvale Boys Club when 16.
Lee Halpin, 16 years old, Striker, Holds ball in very well, Decent pace, Strong in challenges. Lee is in his 2nd season with us and was signed from Celtic FC when only14.
