The Club are pleased to announce that Nicky Jamieson has signed for the club on a permanent contract following his initial loan.

Nicky has been a powerhouse at the back for The Warriors this season and has made the joint most starts in the squad this season at 24 along with Ross Forbes and Ross Lyon. He has also spent the most time on the pitch having played for 2,140 minutes, 84.9% of the season.

Along side the defensive side, he’s also popped up with two goals for The Warriors this season.

Nicky has now committed to the club until Summer 2023.

As well as Nicky joining on a permanent deal, the club has also signed 6ft 5″, Slovakian goalkeeper Peter Urminský on loan from St Mirren for the rest of the season.

Peter, 22, started his career at Spartak Trnva before joining Tren?ín on loan. He then moved to Scotland to join St Mirren in 2020, whilst joining Ayr United on loan for the season.

He made a big impact on St Mirren B’s SPFL Trust Trophy victory against Kelty Hearts by saving all three penalties to ensure his team’s progression.

We’re excited to welcome Peter to the club and look forward to seeing the big man in action.
